🚨 New Feature Alert: Disable Affiliation 🚨

Geniuslink is happy to announce our newest feature: Disable Affiliation!

While this feature may sound counter-intuitive, we want to ensure that our clients can always stay compliant no matter where they share a link.

For example, in some cases, creators may want to disable affiliation on a link while still taking advantage of everything else Geniuslink has to offer (link localization, pixels, etc).

This is most common with Authors and Musicians sharing their books and music in "offline media" (such as email newsletters, books, ads, or QR codes), paid ads, or in private social media groups. Using an affiliated link in these contexts can result in the termination of one's Amazon Associates account (read more about common mistakes that can get your account closed: 10 Reasons Affiliates Get Banned from Amazon (How to Avoid) and Guide to Sharing Amazon Affiliate Links on Social Media, and note that linking to a Choice Page from an offline source is also a compliant way to use Amazon Associates).

To help our clients maximize their sales, but also prevent them from upsetting Amazon, we’ve given you the option to toggle affiliation at a per-link level. All links use your affiliate tracking IDs by default. Existing links can be edited to remove affiliation as well.
